Settlement Overview

  • A proposed Settlement has been reached with LifeStance Health Group, Inc. (“Defendant”) over the alleged use of certain third-party tracking technologies (commonly referred to as pixels) on its public website to collect and to disclose its patients’ personally identifiable information to third parties.
  • Your legal rights will be affected whether you act or do not act.  You should read the entire Notice carefully. 

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND OPTIONS IN THIS SETTLEMENT:

Submitting a Claim Form is the only way to be eligible to receive a pro rata cash payment from the Settlement Subclass 1 Fund or Settlement Subclass 2 Fund.

The Court in charge of this case still has to decide whether to approve the Settlement. No Settlement benefits will be issued unless the Court approves the Settlement, and it becomes final.
